Mersen's Product Recognition App

Mersen's Product Recognition App lets you:

• Search for a product via photo or text
• Identify Mersen and competitive products
• Locate Sales Reps
• Use motor and transformer tables to look up products

Mersen's Product Recognition App is available for download from:

• The App Store
• Google Play

1. On the home screen, click on “Identify Fuse by Photo.” Choose “Mersen Fuse” or “Competitor Fuse.” Position the fuse so that the product label is visible. For SPDs, on the home screen, click on “Surge Protector Lookup.”
2. Use the camera on your mobile device to photograph the product. (You can use one of the photos on the back of this page to test.) Click “scan.” On the Surge Protector Details screen, enter the Mount Type, Surge Rating, System Voltage and Type, and Indicator.
3. Mersen's Product Recognition App will suggest a match based on your fuse photo, fuse product number, or your surge product specifications.
4. Click “View Distributors” to enter your ZIP code and find a local distributor, or “View this product” to see product information.
