La serie STP T2 40 P V ofrece una protección avanzada contra sobretensiones para sistemas fotovoltaicos utilizando el sistema Mersen de desconexión térmica dinámica optimizada, que no precisa ninguna protección adicional contra sobretensiones (fusible de respaldo) gracias a su alta resistencia de los cortocircuitos. Estos dispositivos de protección contra sobretensiones están indicados para todas las aplicaciones fotovoltaicas: Instalaciones DC a gran escala, en azotea y de autoconsumo (fuera de la red). La serie incluye productos multipolo específicos para múltiples inversores con seguidor del punto de máxima potencia (MPPT).
