MERSEN INTRODUCES WEBSITE LIVE CHAT FEATURE

Mersen is pleased to announce the launch of Live Chat on ep.mersen.com, supporting Mersen’s ongoing commitment of delivering the best solutions to our customers. Visitors coming to the site looking for information can now click on the “Chat Now” box to immediately connect with a Technical Services Representative. If an agent is not available, visitors can leave a question that will be answered as soon as possible.

 

“The chat feature launched at 8:00 AM and by 8:13 AM we had our first live chat with a customer looking for additional product information,” said Charlie Raynes, Director of Marketing and Communications for Mersen. “When we could immediately send the technical information he needed to make an informed decision, we knew that Live Chat offered great value.”
